In RE: Alistair, it didn't annoy me nearly as much because the stats went up fairly quickly and if by some chance you did screw up, you didn't have to backtrack that far to recover.īackstage Pass definitely doesn't have that luxury. I mean, I have played RE: Alistair, so I knew that stats would play a part in the game (and I did watch the trailer which shows said stat system ><) but oh man, do stats get tedious in a game as big as Backstage Pass. It feels more like attending an open book exam you have the game that you have to beat, and the guide for the ending you want right in front of you with every Shift + Tab. Last night, instead of sleeping, I decided to relax and kick back with a route from the game, except relax maybe isn't the word I would use if you're out to get a good ending. ![]() So already, the reason I bought the game is off to an amazing start. ![]() ![]() When I first saw the trailer, I took one look at Matthew blushing on the catwalk like the cute tall model that he is and immediately decided that I had to buy this game.
